Description

1932 Gibson L-00 in very good condition. This guitar has a replaced bone saddle, the neck has been reset, and it has been refretted. There is a repaired top crack that runs from the bottom of the bridge to the bottom edge of the guitar. It has a spruce top, mahogany back and sides, and a mahogany neck with a Brazilian rosewood fingerboard and rosewood bridge. This rare 12 fret L-00 has a spectacular “tuxedo” look with its black finish, white binding, and white pickguard. The neck is a great feeling, full, rounded “C” shape. The guitar produces a surprising amount of volume for its size and has an open sound that is well balanced. The neck measures 1 3/4" at the nut and has a depth of 0.92” at the first fret and 1.12” at the 10th fret. The guitar has a 24 3/4” scale and weighs 3.02 lbs. Comes with a hardshell case.
