Here we have an excellent example of an Alvarez 5014 Acoustic guitar from 1977.  It features a beautiful spruce top that is nice and tight with handsome binding.  Mahogany back and sides provide warm tone with lots of depth.  The mahogany neck with rosewood fretboard features a soft V neck that is quite comfortable.  There is an adjustable bridge so you can easily set your action how you like it with a flathead screwdriver.  All of the keys are original as well as is the pickguard and the wood part of the bridge.  There are a few minor scrapes on the body, but is in very good condition overall.  Comes with hardshell case.  This is an excellent guitar at a great price.
