Wow. This all-original BC Rich bass is in Excellent overall condition. Set up in-house by our esteemed Guitar Tech, it's playing and sounding its very best. Neck-through-Body design with Koa body wings flanking a Maple center. 8-string basses have a unique and cool sonic footprint, and the design of this bass is also unique and cool with four tuners on the headstock and four below the bridge. The low bass strings are strung in the customary manner, but the second course of strings are strung in the opposite direction, i.e., with ball ends seated in the back of the headstock and tuners at the bottom of the guitar. Looks cool and works just great. Who knew? BC Rich did. This is a fine collectable instrument that will add a unique and forceful punch to the sonic palette of any bassist. Comes with its original hard shell case, as well. Why be ordinary when you can be bold and unique?
