The Virginian is one of the scarcer Burns guitars, and one of the most distinctive-in both looks and sound-of this eccentric but always interesting line. Introduced at the beginning of 1965, this was just about Jim Burns' final design for the company that bore his name until September that year, when Baldwin took over the operation.
This example is remarkably clean and has very little signs of wear. It has been very well card for all these years. A particularly nicely flamed example.
It's playing great with a good straight neck and a good action.
The guitar sounds great acoustic, and when plugged in the original Baldwin pickups have a real cool unique sound.
A real cool vintage acoustic electric for the different strummer! Perfect for the player and collector alike.
Comes with original hard case.
