1922 C.F. Martin 0-28
One of approximately 300 instruments made by Martin for the Rudolph Wurlitzer music stores between 1922-1924. This model 2090 corresponds to a Martin 0-28 with spruce top and Brazilian rosewood back and sides, diamond inlay, and ebony fingerboard. Serial number 17775 was stamped on December 18th 1922 and was shipped to Rudolph Wurlitzer in Cincinnati (their head office) on February 21, 1924. This 0-28 is X braced and strung with silk and steel strings. The pickguard is not original and was added by a previous owner.
