2004 Carvin 5-String Bass Natural

If a great-playing, clear-sounding five-string bass is on your horizon you are home. This was one heck of a hot American-made instrument almost twenty yerers ago and is in wonderful shape. It was built to be played with with either its regular pickup system or with a complex active system. The active part, like so much of this stuff, doesn't work and I haven’t the energy to find out why but no matter; it sounds terrific with the regular stuff, among the best I’ve heard.
