Summary: Charvel is proud to honor Gojira lead singer and guitarist Joe Duplantier with a signature model of distinctively elegant ferocity. The Joe Duplantier USA Signature San Dimas Style 2 is designed with the latest in Charvel high performance, and features Duplantier's preferred style and specs, as well as monster tone equal to his band’s name from dual Charvel custom MFB humbucking pickups.

Body: It has a lightweight mahogany body with a slight arm contour and satin grey finish.

Neck: It has a slim bolt-on mahogany neck with a satin finish, graphite reinforcement, a 12”-16” compound radius ebony fingerboard, 22 medium jumbo frets, 1.6875” nut width, 25.5” scale length and a Gojira “G” inlayed on the 12th fret.

Pickups/Hardware: It has 2 Charvel Custom MF humbuckers, one volume and a 3-way toggle. It has black hardware, tune-o-matic bridge, stop-bar tailpiece and locking Charvel tuners.

Cosmetics: This Charvel is in impeccable condition. It has just a few scratches and scuffs on the neck. They are small, hardly noticeable and virtually indiscernible to the touch.

Playability: This guitar plays terrifically with very low action, smooth fret ends and sleek neck profile. The flatter compound radius makes for an effortless playing surface. It has been set-up and restrung with a new set of 10’s by our in house luthier.

Modifications: The strap buttons have been replaced with a buckle style strap ends and strap which is included.

Weight: 8 lbs, 5 oz.
