Description

This barely used Collings 470 JL came into the shop on trade towards another Collings, and we're excited to have a 470 JL in the door in such clean condition. The 470 JL has been one of our favorite models in recent years and is an incredible celebration of the craftsmanship of the Collings team combined with the taste, and sophistication of famed guitarist, Julian Lage. Featuring a pair of Ron Ellis Ellisonics pickups, around which this guitar was designed, this trestle-braced semi-hollow body feels like a super-charaged instrument with the notes bursting to get out.

Clarity, sparkle, dynamics and some serious resonance thanks to the semi-hollow design, this is one of those guitars that gives you every ounce of your attack, touch and musicality back out in spades. The custom 470 JL neck profile is a C/V shape that feels comfortable and effortless. Here in Excellent condition, this 470 includes the original hardshell.

An extra 24 hours is added on for acoustic instruments during the winter season, to allow the contents to reach room temperature before you open the box.
