Bay Area Vintage Guitars is proud to offer this 2009 DBZ Imperial Electric Guitar in white (it looks almost like Olympic White). It is in excellent condition, with only some light buckle rash on the back of the body (which are not visible in the pictures because they are light).
The factory neck and bridge pickups with 3-way switching offer versatility with a push-pull coil tap to offer humbucker or single-coil tones.
DBZ stands for Dean B. Zelinsky, the founder of Dean Guitars. The Imperial is considered a highlight of the DBZ line. It has a super-thin body design and is claimed to be an "acoustically perfect" solid-body electric guitar. Unplugged, it sounds great, and plugged in, well, check out the video for a demo.
Zelinsky, along with co-founder Jeff Diamant (Founder of Diamond Amplification), launched DBZ Guitars in August 2008.
This light and fast-playing guitar features a Mahogany body with maple binding and a bound 14" radius rosewood fingerboard with jumbo frets on a rosewood fingerboard.
