The J-Drive Mk3 sports independent overdrive and boost circuits that are extremely versatile. The clean boost consists of a Vishay JFET and BJT clean boost that sounds so good you want to keep it on all the time. The Overdrive section adds a transformer output stage that really helps smooth the upper frequencies and makes the output impedance very versatile, similar to a guitar pickup at the front of an amp, while still working great feeding into other pedals. With a close asymmetry overdrive circuit and Schottky barrier diode gives a smooth sustain with punch. The Warmth blends in low end and cutting highs, and you can add in the highs that bite with the BRT switch. A drive pedal that really stands out.
