This Echoplex was purchased from the original owner! Recently serviced I was told, though I'm not really sure exactly how to tell other than by playing through it. The unit works well and both the echo and sound-on sound settings function. He said he had the tape replaced in the cartridge recently as well. Heads look good to me.
Comes with the original cover! The paper is under the top of the lid. Hinges, handle and the top latch all work great. One of the fasteners that holds the cover over the tap and heads doesn't thread when screwed in. This can likely be easily rectified.
There are several cigarette burns on it, but the owner told me he quit smoking decades ago, so it doesn't smell like butts and there are no other remnants of the cigs.
