This Epiphone Casino was made by Gibson in the USA in 1963. The good news is that the finish is original and the neck has never been broken or repaired. The bad news is that it has been routed and converted for humbuckers, and virtually all of the parts have been changed. But the other good news is that its really cool and plays great! The pickups are late 70's Gibson humbuckers and sound great. The tuners are Schallers. The guitar has also been converted for a stop tailpiece. The bridge and knobs are changed. There is an added master volume control. At least one of the pots is changed - the others have solder on the date codes. The guitar has also been refretted. Despite these changes the guitar is in excellent playing condition, it has a great neck, and it sounds awesome. It comes with a non original case.
