We are pleased to announce the arrival of a legendary acoustic archtop guitar from the original New York period.
The "Deluxe" is the second most luxurious model after the "Emperor".

The body width is 17 3/8", which is a little smaller than the Emperor model,
This is a special model, which is made at 18 1/2 inches, the same width as "Emperor".
The catalog of 1953 shows that the size of this model is 18 1/2 inches, the same as "Emperor",
This is a very special piece, as it was made in the same size as "Emperor" (18 1/2").

The outstanding craftsmanship by New York craftsmen rivals that of Gibson in the history of archtop guitars.
The handmade body is made of blonde-colored spruce and beautiful figured maple.
The antique gold parts and the pickguard, which has been replaced with a gorgeous pearl pattern, give the Deluxe a classy visual appearance that is worthy of its name.

The fingerboard is made of carefully selected rosewood and beautiful mother-of-pearl inlays harmonize perfectly.
The Epsilon tuners, featuring the E logo mark on the head, are very maniacal high-end parts that were also used at the Kalamazoo factory after the acquisition by Gibson.

The sound is said to "produce a harp-like tone,
It has a shiny, shimmering brilliance and a deep, absorbing bass tone.
The sound is so convincing that it is like luxury made into sound.

[Condition]
This item is a consignment item.
- The cell of the "*" is peeled off.
- There are some cell peeling.
(Body top, both cubbies, near the 16th fret on the first string side of the fingerboard, and near the first string of the head)
- There is a crack of less than 4cm on the upper and lower part of the body back. Since the back side is blocked, no gluing/reinforcement repair is currently being done.
- One screw of the 2nd string peg is missing.
- Pickguard replacement
- There is a screw replaced on the peg
- As for the 4th string, the plain part is also wound, so it will take some time for the tuning to stabilize.
- String height on the 12th fret: 2.5 mm on the 6th string side, 2.0 mm on the 1st string side
- The adjustable saddles are currently set low, and there is only a small amount of string height reduction left.
The neck angle can be modified to further improve playability. (Repair fee not included).
- Considering its age, the overall appearance is very good, and it is in good playing condition for its current use.

If the PU is retrofitted, we do not guarantee the operation of the PU.
