This Epiphone Electar Model M was made in the USA, years before WWII, in 1936. It is quite a historical artifact as one of the first electric guitar model ever made. After Rickenbacker introduced the 'frying pan' electric in 1932, other companies started making electric guitars soon after, including Epiphone which introduced the Model M in 1935. This guitar is in relatively good condition considering it is 88 years old. The parts are original except for the jack. The 'electar' badge is missing, and there are some repaired cracks. The guitar is in fine playing condition and the electronics work fine and sound surprisingly good. It has been pro-setup in our store and comes with a non original case.
