This Epiphone Emperor Regent archtop stems from one of Epi Stathopoulo's most timeless designs, introduced as 'the supreme achievement in guitars' in 1935. It still sets the standard for jumbo jazz boxes. A Frequensator tailpiece, floating rosewood bridge and floating mini humbucker complete the mystique — and check out those headstock and neck inlays!
This Epiphone is in Very Good condition, with some deeper scratches on the neck heel, but nothing that affects playability. The comfortable neck has an estimated 85% remaining fret life. Take yourself back to the classier time of the first generation of jazz guitarists with this all-ruling Emperor Regent.
