1964 Epiphone FT90 Eldorado Natural!
Very nice and pretty rare 1964 Epiphone El Dorado with the western-style thin faux-tortoise shell pickguard. It's sort of like a longer-scale Gibson Hummingbird as far as the specs go. Single line Kluson tuners. Spruce top, mahogany back/sides, mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard. The guitar really plays great with low action and is adjustable up and down for many years to come. No cracks besides the usual tiny sound hole crack was repaired well. A few of the braces were reglued and a K&K pickup was installed with an endpin jack (sounds great plugged in too). The bridge is Brazilian Rosewood (not plastic!) and has a small gap in the center but it's not affecting anything.
Overall the guitar is in very good condition with some light checking and small marks here and there. We found two very small touchups on the top (hard to see) but otherwise the finish is all original. If you are looking for this model, here is a great opportunity to get a nice one. Comes with a newer hardshell case. Please check our website for MANY additional photos! -kcvintageguitars
