This is a super hard to find made in Japan Epiphone LPS-80 with a goldtop finish from 1998. Absolutely gorgeous finish! Nice proper rosewood fretboard, and fantastic Japanese craftsmanship across the guitar. This definitely blows away many proper Gibson examples we've had over the years!
This guitar shows a few signs of cosmetic wear from over the years. There's small dents and some minor scratching on the sides and back of the guitar. There's also some discoloration in the volume/tone knobs from over time and the neck pickup ring has significantly aged as well. The headstock also shows a few dings and scratches and the plastic covering around the output jack has some cracks. The inlays on the 3rd and 5th frets are also rising slightly. The frets otherwise still play great and the electronics work as they should.
The guitar is all original.
