Description

circa 1966 Marshall JTM45 Black Guitar Amplifier, Serial #s 1751 & 17998. This is a circa 1966 Marshall JTM45 half-stack, a rare and highly sought-after vintage amplifier setup. Known for its warm, dynamic tone and smooth overdrive, the JTM45 was Marshall's first amplifier model, heavily inspired by the Fender Bassman circuit but with a distinct British character. This set remains original and in working order, with two speakers possibly replaced or re-coned over the years. The vinyl covering shows some frayed areas and scuffs, and there is some discoloration on the side of the head, which may clean up with proper care. Despite minor cosmetic wear, this amp retains its classic Marshall appeal and delivers the legendary tone that made it a favorite of blues and rock guitarists. No case included. Condition: Good.
