Zakk Wyle, best known for his tour of duty with Ozzy Osbourne and his own band Black Label Society, is heralded in the heavy metal community for his shred-tastic, devil-may-care playing style and attitude. This edition of his signature Les Paul Custom lives up to that bad reputation! It sports a bound maple top mahogany body with the distinctive black and orange “Buzzsaw” graphic. The unfinished set maple neck features a rosewood finger board, pearl block inlay, and the distinctive Les Paul Custom split-diamond headstock insignia with a “Zakk graphic” on the back of the headstock. It has a 24.75” scale and measures 1.68” at the nut. The chrome hardware includes a LockTone Tune-o-matic bridge with Stopbar tailpiece as well as Grover tuning machines. The dual passive EMG Hz4 and Hz4a humbucking pickups are loud and proud with a straight outta hell head-crushing tone! These Buzzsaw Zakk Wylde guitars are pretty rare these days and this is the first one we’ve come across.
