2016 Fender American Elite Telecaster Thinline Mystic Ice Blue

Excellent condition featuring semi-hollowbody construction, ash body with Mystic Ice Blue finish and one unbound f-hole, white binding on the top edge of the body, multi-ply aged white pearloid pickguard, two Fender Noiseless single coil pickups, one volume control with S-1 switch and one tone control with knurled flat top metal knobs, three way pickup selector switch with black tip, Elite Suspension bridge with three brass barrel saddles, maple neck with medium C profile and satin urethane finish, maple fingerboard with black pearloid dot inlays starting at the third fret and medium jumbo frets, maple peghead with gloss finish, Fender logo and Telecaster logo, six in a line F stamped sealed locking tuning machines, serial number and Corona, CA on the back of the peghead, synthetic bone nut, contoured neck heel, four bolt neck fastening plate with Fender and Corona, California engravings, heel mounted spoke wheel truss rod adjustment, two metal strap buttons, chrome plated metal hardware, and original black rectangular molded plastic Fender hard shell case with original case candy (including strap locks).

This 2016 Fender American Elite Telecaster Thinline is in excellent to near mint cosmetic condition. This guitar shows no signs of play wear, looks virtually unplayed and is just exceptionally clean. This Tele features a medium C to D shaped neck profile with a 9.5”-14” compound radius fingerboard and a 1 11/16” nut width. This neck is extremely ergonomic and easy to play. The compound radius fingerboard makes for very precise effortless string bending while the rolled fingerboard edges add a level of comfort and give you the feel of an instrument that has been played for many years. This guitar also features abalone dot fret markers which, in my opinion, is a very nice touch. The fret wire on this Thinline is immaculate and shows no signs of wear. This guitar has been professionally set up and it plays beautifully up and down the maple fingerboard with low smooth action and great intonation. The Gen 4 Noiseless pickups sound extremely good, have no 60 cycle hum and have quite a bit of articulation and punch. This Tele is also equipped with the S-1 switching system and the button to control this feature is embedded into the top of the volume control. The S-1 switch adds new pickup combinations for additional Tele tones. This guitar excels clean or overdriven. The semi-hollow construction really opens up the guitar's tone and reduces the weight of the instrument dramatically. The Mystic Ice Blue finish looks spectacular in person and shows different hues of blue in different light and at different angles. This guitar is housed in its original black molded Fender hard shell case that is also in immaculate condition. The original paperwork and strap locks are included. This Telecaster weighs 7lb even.
