2019 Fender American Original '50s Stratocaster (1954 reissue) Aztec Gold

Summary: This Stratocaster is in excellent used condition and has just been setup and restrung by our in-house guitar tech. It has a great feeling soft V neck with modern 9.5” fretboard radius and 5-way switching for the 3 ’59 Strat pickups. This classic Stratocaster has a beautiful Aztec Gold finish, single-ply white pickguard and it ships in its original tweed hard-shell case.

Body: Alder body with gloss nitrocellulose lacquer Aztec Gold finish and single ply white guard.

Neck: Soft V maple neck with lacquer finish, 21 vintage tall frets, 9.5” radius, end of heel truss rod adjustment, 1.65” nut width and 25.5” Scale length.

Pickups/Hardware: 3 Pure Vintage ’59 single coils, 5-way switch, 1 volume, 2 tones, Pure Vintage style tuners and synchronized trem.

Cosmetics: The only notable blemish on this guitar is a discolored spot on the pickguard where Fender puts a sticker that did not fade like the rest of the guard and some pick scratches on the pickguard.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has just inspected, setup and restrung this guitar with a new set of 10s. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functioning and the action has been setup low and comfortable. The frets are in great shape with no major grooves or divots from use and it plays beautifully up and down the fingerboard with no dead spots or choking out.
