Description

Summary: The Precision Bass’ long history dates back to 1951, and the Fender American Standard Precision Bass has become the flagship of Fender’s P-Bass line and a staple in popular music. The newer models sport the classic Precision Bass body with some upgrades, like a more modernized neck with a C-shaped profile and a Fender Custom Shop ‘60s split single-coil pickup. This particular Fender P-Bass is in immaculate used condition, has a stunning Jade Green Metallic finish and has just been set up and restrung by our in house luthier and ships in its original hard-shell case.

Body: Solid body P-bass finished in Jade Green Metallic and topped with a 3 ply white pickguard.

Neck: Modern C shaped maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard, white dots, end of heel truss rod adjustment, 34” scale length and 1 5/8” nut width.

Pickups/Hardware: Custom Shop split single coil P-Bass pickup, volume, tone, solid nickel plated bridge with steel saddles, through-body string up or top load option, open gear F tuning keys and knurled nickel plated knobs.

Cosmetics: This bass is in fantastic used condition, there are a couple tiny dents in the body and a couple nearly undetectable nicks in the neck. This bass looks and feels near brand new.

Playability: Our in house luthier has just inspected, set up and restrung this Bass guitar with a new set of strings and it is playing beautifully with low action and a straight neck. The frets are in great shape with no grooves or divots.
