2013 Fender American Standard Stratocaster Black

Summary: This is a 2013 Fender American Standard Stratocaster in black with a white pickguard. This guitar has been customized with 3 Seymour Duncan Hot Rails humbucker pickups. This instrument feels great with a wonderful playing neck.

Body: Solid body Stratocaster with a black finish & a 3-ply W/B/W pickguard.

Neck: Maple neck with dot inlays, 22 frets, original Fender tuning keys, 1 11/16” nut width & a 25.5” scale length.

Pickups/Hardware: 3 replacement Seymour Duncan pickups – these pickups are double coil humbuckers in a single coil spacing. This instrument has a 3-ply W/B/W pickguard, white knobs, 5-way switch, original Fender tuning keys, black dot inlays,

Cosmetics: This guitar is missing the back plate & there are some dings & scratches on the body. The back has some scratching on it & I did find one place near the pickup selector switch where the black finish is worn off. Overall this looks like a well-loved but played Fender guitar.

Playability: This Fender Stratocaster plays great – the maple fingerboard & neck feels wonderful – the frets are in great shape with lots of life left. The instrument was recently set up with a set of 10’s – the truss rod is fully functional – the action is low & the guitar plays great up & down the fingerboard!

Modifications: 3 replacement Seymour Duncan pickups, missing the back plate.
