~2012 Fender American Standard Telecaster Jade Pearl

Summary: This USA Fender Telecaster is quite the formidable combination. The body is a USA Fender body from 2012 in Jade Pearl with all the hardware original to that body and the neck is from 1996 with the 50th anniversary tag. Our in house guitar tech has just fit a new bone nut and set it up with a new set of 10s and it plays great with low action and straight neck. It is in overall great shape and ships in the original 1990s hardshell case.

Body: The body is a 2012 solid body Tele finished in Jade Pearl, it has a belly contour and is topped off with a 3 ply w/b/w pickguard.

Neck: The maple neck is from 1996, has a 22 fret rosewood fingerboard, medium jumbo frets, white dots, bone nut, 50th anniversary decal on the back of the headstock, 1 11/16” nut width and 25.5” scale length.

Pickups/Hardware: It has the original 2012 single coil pickups, volume, tone, 3 way toggle, closed back Fender tuners, 6 bent steel saddles on thick base plate.

Cosmetics: This Telecaster is in pretty good shape – there are some small dings on the body but the finish is so wonderful that it hides most of the flaws. There are a few dings around the edges of the headstock & some light pick scratching on the pickguard but overall this instrument is in wonderful condition.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has just inspected, setup and restrung this guitar with a new set of 10s. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functioning and the action has been setup low and comfortable. The frets are in great shape with no major grooves or divots from use and it plays beautifully up and down the fingerboard with no dead spots or choking out.
