Here we have a 2008 Blackout Telecaster with the Nashville-style triple pickup configuration. All original except for replaced vintage-style barrel saddles. The guitar has moderate playwear except a couple of small areas of lost finish on the upper and lower edges of the body. Overall, the guitar presents well.
Nut width is a comfortable 1 11/16 inches. One-piece Maple neck with a 25.5 inch scale length and neck depth of .84 inches at the first fret and .88 inches at the twelfth fret. Maple fingerboard with 21 frets and a 9.5 inch radius. Three single-coil pickups with a 5-way selector switch. 3-ply black/white/black pickguard that comes standard on the Blackout models.
The Fender models coming out of Mexico the past decade or so have good build quality and very usable electronics, and this Blackout Tele is no exception. It sounds and plays very nice. No case or gig bag on this one.
