Summary: These Japanese made Paisleys are sought after for their build quality and unique look, and are getting harder to find on the market.

Body: Basswood Stratocaster body. Pink Paisley finish.

Neck: Four-bolt maple D-shape with maple board. Black dot fret markers.
Electronics/Hardware: Three single-coil pickups. Five-way pickup selector. One volume and two controls. String-through tremolo bridge with vintage style saddles. Vintage style tuners. Single string trees. Pink Paisley pickguard.

Cosmetics: This guitar is in fantastic shape and shows little sign of wear. It looks to have either been bought as a collectable or played very sparingly and babied in its downtime. There is a tiny spot of what looks like white paint on the very tip of the headstock. All hardware is clean and unpitted. The finish has no cracking and the color has not gone “off” as happens often with these finishes. The silver-backed paisley guard contrasts attractively with the gold-backed paisley on the body.

Playability: Playability is excellent on the comfortable D-shape neck. The frets are big and full. The action is low, with no buzz or dead spots. The pickups are strong, articulate and balanced in all positions.
