Description

The Fender 1951 Heavy Relic Telecaster is an authentic evocation of Fender's first workhorse guitar, with upgraded features for modern playability. This American-made Tele features a lightweight ash solidbody with a Heavy Relic lacquer finish that imparts the look of long years of use. The one-piece maple Nocaster U-profile neck is home to a matching fingerboard, all colored in a Faded Nocaster Blonde look with a set of nickel/chrome hardware and a 1-ply black pickguard.

This Heavy Relic Tele is loaded with two time-honored dual hand-wound Custom Shop Nocaster '51 pickups with three-way switching, modern wiring and Fender's Greasebucket tone circuit, which rolls off highs without reducing grain, retaining that classic Telecaster snap. A righteous Custom Shop model with all the love and affection you look for on a guitar in the fifties style, this Heavy Relic'd Telecaster is the one for you — available now at Replay Guitar Exchange!

As always, feel free to contact our store for more details, or with any questions.
