Fender Custom Shop 2018 1951 Nocaster Heavy Relic
This is a "1951 Nocaster Heavy Relic" model with a faded no-caster blond finish and black pickguard.
The relic process has recreated the look and texture of a heavily played instrument over the years, with peeled neck grips and body paint, detailed weather checks and scratches on the body edges, and tarnished metal parts.
The neck is made of AA flamed quarter-sawn maple and the neck shape is a slightly thicker soft V 10/56 "V", with the 9.5R fingerboard and 6105 frets.
The pickups are hand-wound "Loaded '51 Nocaster" with "BP" signature and current wiring (Fat '50s Tele).
There is almost no fret wear, and the neck and truss rod are in good condition.
