This is a rare "1956 Stratocaster Heavy Relic" model in Desert Sand finish.
This model is a reproduction of a 1956 model with a one-piece maple neck. Large paint damage on the body, peeling paint on the back of the neck and fingerboard, and tarnished metal parts have been boldly reproduced by relic process to give it an outstanding vintage look that has been used for many years.
The neck is a soft V-shape, the fingerboard has a 9.5 radius with medium jumbo type frets for high playability.
The pickups are original FAT 50s.
The frets have some dented areas around the plain strings, with about 80% remaining overall, and the neck and truss rod are both in good condition.
