Used 2023 Fender Custom Shop 1957 Stratocaster Journeyman Relic
Figured ash body in aged Vintage Blonde with aged parchment guard and back plate, nice weight at 7.5 pounds, big comfortable maple neck with 10/56 “V” profile and medium-jumbo 6150 frets. Scale length and nut width are standard - 25.5” and 1 & 5/8” respectively but the radius is a more modern and bending-friendly 9.5”. Pickups are a great matched set of hand-wound ’57 Strat Relic single-coils with standard Stratocaster controls and a five-way selector switch. A really fine ‘50s Strat reissue with excellent build quality, premium materials, great tone, and great playability. This one had aftermarket pickups and a custom pickguard but the previous owner kept the originals which we have reinstalled. Made in Corona, California, USA, and comes in its factory deluxe center-pocket tweed case with all papers and accessories.
