Fender Custom Shop 2023 1960 Jazz Bass Relic
This "1960 Jazz Bass Relic" was produced as a limited edition model for the "Fall Event" in 2022.
This is a reproduction of a 1960 Jazz Bass with stacked knobs and slab-laminated rosewood fingerboard.
It is finished in Super Faded Aged Sonic Blue and has an outstanding vintage look with weather checks and dents reproduced in a relic finish, and the back of the neck has been stripped of its paint for a Heavy Relic finish.
The neck shape is a slender "60 J-Bass U" with a 7.25 radius dark shade AAA grade rosewood fingerboard and traditional vintage style frets with a narrow, low profile.
The pickups are hand-wound Vintage J-Bass Relics signed "AV".
There is no fret wear, and the neck and truss rod are in perfect condition.
