Fender Custom Shop 2008 1960 Stratocaster Relic
This is a "1960 Stratocaster Relic" model with burgundy mist metallic finish and slab laminated rosewood fingerboard.
It has a relic finish that reproduces naturally occurring flaws from use, but no weather checks have been applied.
There are several areas on the inside/side/body back of the first string horn (near the endpin) where what were originally small paint flakes have been processed into large paint flakes or deliberately peeled off, and the pickguard is stained and scratched later.
The neck is a slim C-shape like the 60 model, the fingerboard has a 9.5R radius and medium jumbo type frets.
The pickups are equipped with original Custom 60s Single coil.
The frets have slightly dented on mainly in the low position of the plain strings, but overall there is about 70~80% remaining, and there are no problems with the neck and truss rod.
