Fender Custom Shop 2023 1961 Stratocaster Journeyman Relic with Closet Classic Hardware
This is a "1961 Stratocaster Journeyman Relic" model with an Aged Fiesta Red finish and slab laminated rosewood fingerboard.
The entire body has been given a Journeyman Relic finish, with plenty of weather-checking but minimal paint peeling and dents, giving it the look of a vintage guitar with just the right amount of wear and a vintage feel, combined with 'Relic' plastic parts and 'Closet’Classic hardware.
The neck is a relatively slim and comfortable to hold "60 Style Oval C" shape, with a AAA grade dark shade rosewood fingerboard with 9.5R radius and medium vintage frets.
The pickups are hand-wound Fat 60s STRAT PUs signed "VC".
There are hanger marks at the base of the neck.
The frets are almost empty and there are no problems with the neck or truss rod.
