1996 Fender Custom Shop 1962 Jazz Bass Lake Placid Blue
Lake Placid Blue on alder body, fantastic playing and sounding Custom Shop Jazz Bass, extremely well cared for and in super clean condition. We can’t find a scratch anywhere. It even has the original bridge covers. Other features include a rosewood fretboard with 1.5” nut width, comfortable C neck profile and a pearloid pickguard. The original owner swapped out the custom shop pickups with a set of Duncan Antiquities in the early 2000’s. They are always a great choice and sound fantastic in this custom shop gem. It is quite comfortable to play and weighs in at 9.8 pounds. The original pickups are included in a deluxe but non-original blue snakeskin hard case. Comes with all of the original case goodies, COA and receipts.
