1991 Fender Custom Shop James Jamerson Signature Precision Bass in excellent condition. This bass is from the collection of Jason Newsted of Metallica fame, among others. Alder body, maple neck, rosewood fingerboard, split single coil pickup. Neck is 1 11/16" wide at the nut, profile is 0.78" at the first fret, 0.99" at the 12th fret. Weight is 8.81lbs. This is instrument number 22 out of 100 total produced by the Fender Custom Shop. Comes with case candy, Fender COA, a signed COA by Jason Newsted, and the original hardshell case.
