Fender Custom Shop 2022 Limited 1955 Telecaster Journeyman Relic
The "1955 Telecaster Journeyman Relic" model was produced as a limited edition "Fall Event" model in 2022.
It is based on a 1955 model with a white pickguard, but finished in Lake Placid Blue, a color not available at the time.
The body has a ”Journeyman Relic" finish with fine weather checks and dents, and the back of the neck has a "Heavy Relic" finish with peeling paint. (The spec sheet indicates "Unfinished Neck Back").
The nut width is slightly narrow at 1.625" (approx. 41.2mm), and the neck shape has a unique "Off Center V" shape with the apex off-center.
The fingerboard is 9.5R with narrow tall type frets, and the pickups are equipped with hand-wound 55/56 pickups with "NG" signature.
The frets are slightly dented on the plain strings, mainly in the low position, but the overall fret remaining is over 90%.
The neck and truss rod are both in good condition.
