Fender Custom Shop 2020 Limited 1959 Telecaster Journeyman Relic
This is an Aged Fire Mist Silver "1959 Telecaster Journeyman Relic" model produced in a limited edition for the 2020 Summer Event.
The body has been reproduced with minor dents and weatherchecks and is finished in Journeyman Relic Flash Coat Lacquer, an ultra-thin finish with no final buffing. The back of the neck has been stripped for a Heavy Relic finish.
It is a transitional specs with a 1-ply pickguard wih the 8-point fastening, '60 Style C shape neck grip, 9.5R fingerboard, and Narrow Tall type 6105 frets.
The pickups are hand-wound 1958 Tele Pickups signed "LD" with current wiring.
The saddle has been replaced.
There is almost no fret wear, and the neck and truss rod are in good condition.
