Straight from the Fender Custom Shop and brought all the way to Replay Guitar Exchange is the fantastic 2020 Limited Edition model Fender 1963 Telecaster NOS electric guitar — taking all of the wild and powerful appointments of the early sixties and packing into this amazing instrument. It's decorated in a vivid Fiesta Red with a nitro lacquer finish, along with a set of chrome/nickel hardware.
The NOS 1963 Tele is full of killer style, with a alder solidbody with a Custom '60s oval C-profile AA flame maple neck attached. It's as smooth and comfortable as ever, complete with a stunning AAA rosewood fingerboard on top that is home to a set of twenty-one narrow tall frets. The standard Tele bridge assembly allows for perfect intonation and stability while keeping that brilliant sixties aesthetic alive.
This guitar is loaded with a pair of hand-wound period-correct Telecaster single-coil pickups that deliver a twangy and crispy Telecaster tone reminiscent of the era it portrays. You can dial in your exact preferred tone using the onboard volume and tone control, along with the three-way toggle switch — the easiest way to get a tasteful, vintage-style tone.
