Fender Custom Shop 1997 Master Grade 1954 Telecaster
This is a "1954 Telecaster" model from the Master Grade Series, which was released in late 1996 and discontinued after only three years of production.
The concept of the Master Grade Series was to produce the same specs as in the '50s and '60s with the highest quality.
The neck is made of birdseye flamed maple, and finished in the soft V-shape that is narrow and slightly rounded.
The fingerboard radius is 7.25R with narrow frets, a vintage style that has become increasingly rare in recent years.
Two pots and neck joint plate have been replaced.
There are small paint chips and many tiny dents on the body edges and sides, several tiny dents and scratches throughout the body, tiny dents on the back of the neck (around the 1st and 7th frets), a dent to the fingerboard (around the 14th fret), some tiny dents to the fingerboard edges, and several tiny dents to the head.
The frets are not dented, there is about 60~70% remaining overall, and there are no problems with the neck or truss rod.
The certificate is missing.
