Fender Custom Shop 2002 MBS 1960 Stratocaster Relic Master Built by John English
This is a "1960 Stratocaster Relic" model made by renowned builder John English.
The model is a reproduction of the 1960 specs, and the neck is made of clear flamed maple, giving it the luxurious look typical of John English’s work.
The reddish sunburst finish, fine weather checks and paint damage have been beautifully reproduced by the master builder's relic process, giving it a vintage look with moderate wear.
The neck is a relatively narrow C-shape with three original black bobbin pickups are installed.
It has been re-fretted and re-nutted, and there are no problems with the neck or truss rod.
