Description

We’ve seen some unbelievable necks, but check out the figured neck on this very rare 1967 Fender Custom Telecaster in its original Black finish! Both the body and neck of this piece are finished in nitrocellulose, and as a result, have aged very gracefully over the years. You rarely see Custom Telecasters finished in Black, and this piece looks even better with some patina on the binding! The sustain and feel of this guitar is simply incredible, with each note vibrating from the body to the headstock. Amped up, the notes just jump out at you with a full-bodied tone. In addition to a professional refret, someone tried to install a 22nd fret at the end of the fretboard, but this slot has since been professionally filled and camouflaged.

Overall Condition: 7.5, buckle rash wear, weather checking throughout, patina
