1967 Fender Deluxe Reverb AB-763 Black

We've had a run of killer Deluxe Reverb amps hit the shop, a trend that I can get behind. This 1967 model is a really nice one.
Very seldom do you see an amp with paperwork. Guitars, because they have cases - they sometimes have hang tags and other documentation. Amps, not so much. This amp comes with a schematic and a manual, including the original envelope they were enclosed in from Fender. The manual is a neat piece that you just never see. Also included is the warranty card.
The amp passed through the shop of Skip Simmons, where it received a grounded power cable and a few new electrolytic caps. Skip kept everything else that passed, including the filter caps.
The cover is a recent issue, but the footswitch is original.
The tubes are a host of vintage goodness, many of which are likely original to the amp. There are RCA and Telefunken preamp tubes, RCA 6V6s, and a Mullard rectifier tube. We tested them all and they all passed solidly. There is a huge value here just in the tubes.
Cosmetically, this amp is a standout. It isn't perfect, but it is damn close.
Functionally, the amp is pretty much perfect. It sounds solid and runs quiet - issue free.
The speaker and transformers are original, and there are only a few changed caps, as mentioned above.
