1954 Fender Esquire "Blackguard"

This guitar has been part of our personal collection for a few years and we're thrilled to make this one available! Blackguard Esquires are some of our favorite electric guitars and this killer guitar from 1954 is the perfect example! With a lightweight ash body, the perfect '54 profile maple neck, and original single Esquire pickup, this guitar absolutely screams! This guitar once had a Les Paul style output jack, resulting in a few small filled screw holes. The tone pot was replaced by the original owner but the original is included, along with the original hardshell case. Blackguard Teles and Esquires are among the most desirable guitars in the vintage market and are becoming increasingly hard to find.
