The perfect "soft V" neck profile, maple fingerboard, and lightweight Ash body make for a resonant guitar that plays like a dream. The original bridge pickup is strong and aggressive and surprisingly versatile. The guitar has been professionally re-fretted and features a replaced cap on the tone circuit but is an otherwise original example that includes the original tweed case. The Fender Esquire is one of the most enduring designs and these 50's examples remain some of the most desired vintage guitars in the market.
