Fender Japan ST58-70TX, reissue model of 1958 Stratocaster with grippy maple one-piece neck, made in 2004-2006.
The ST58-70TX is a faithful reproduction of the 1958 Stratocaster with spaghetti logo, thick maple one-piece neck, one-ply pickguard with 8-point stopper, etc. The pickups are USA Texas Special pickups with fat power as well as a smooth and dry Strat sound. The ST58-70TX is equipped with USA Texas Special pickups. Alder body gives warmth and color to the midrange. A thicker maple one-piece neck is used for a strong attack and a clear treble range. Aged parts are used on the pickup covers and knobs, giving the Stratocaster a more vintage feel.
