1965 Fender Jazz Bass in Custom Color Candy Apple Red!

This bass is in from its longtime second owner. It plays great and sounds like a classic Jazz Bass should! This one is cool and all original finish. The bridge pickup is included but needs rewind and the pickguard is slightly newer from the early 70's. All original otherwise. The bass features Leo Fender's favorite color, Candy Apple Red, and a matching headstock in the same finish of course.

The bass features a November '65 neck date with F-serial number, lollipop tuners, 5th week of '66 dated pots. The bass left the factory in early 1966 but still features the important 1965 features including no neck binding and dot inlays, '65 neck date so most collectors would consider this a 1965 Fender... The bass comes with the original hardshell case which shows lots of wear and duct tape. Here is your chance to get a cool Custom Color Fender Jazz Bass at a great price!
