2007 Fender John Cruz Masterbuilt SRV Lenny Tribute Stratocaster

Undoubtedly one of the most iconic and influential guitarists of all time, Stevie Ray Vaughan's guitars have become legendary in their own right. One of his most recognizable is the guitar he affectionally named "Lenny" after his wife, who in 1980 along with a pool of Stevie's closes friends helped purchase this unique Stratocaster for his birthday. In 2007, Fender's Custom shop master builders painstakingly recreated this unique instrument in a very limited run of 185 instruments. 

This John Cruz Masterbuilt tribute series to that famous guitar is made all-the-more special by its previous ownership by Chris "Whipper" Layton, drummer for Double Trouble! In addition to its case candy and road case, this instrument includes a hand written and signed letter outlining the story of the Lenny Strat and Layton's ownership.

For fans of SRV it just doesn't get any cooler than this!
