This heavily modified axe sports dual humbuckers, a Strat neck, an upgraded bridge for better playability, and more. Body: This Jaguar features an alder body with an NOS (New Old Stock) sunburst finish and tortoise pickguard.

Neck: The maple neck has a modern C profile, a bound rosewood fretboard, 22 medium jumbo frets, 9.5” fretboard radius, pearl dots, a Stratocaster headstock, 24” scale length and 1.65” nut width.

Pickups/Hardware: Fender has included DiMarzio pickups just like Kurt's guitar. A DiMarzio DP103 PAF 36th anniversary neck pickup and a DP100 Super Distortion bridge pickup are ready to give you grunge tones with fury and fire. The Fender Kurt Cobain Jaguar features a custom volume-volume-tone control setup with knurled chrome knobs, rhythm circuit, Gotoh tuners, and an Adjusto-matic bridge with classic Fender Jaguar vibrato unit.

Cosmetics: This beautiful Jag was kept in immaculate condition and played with the upmost care. There are no significant dings, scratches or nicks that I can find on this guitar it simply looks amazing. There are holes in the back of the headstock where Fender has replicated the look of Kurts guitar after he had changed the tuners, this is the way it left the factory and is a very nice touch.

Playability: This is a really fun guitar to play, our luthier has set it up with low action and restrung it with a new set of 10s. It plays with tremendous ease up and down the fretboard. The frets are polished, smooth and show no wear.
