1996 Fender Lonestar Stratocaster Shoreline Gold

Summary: Here we have the Fender Lonestar Strat, first year of production. This iteration of the Stratocaster featured an Alder body, a Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates Plus humbucker and two single coil Texas Special pickups. Made in California and ships in its original vintage style Fender hard shell case.

Body: This guitar features an alder body with a beautiful shoreline gold finish and a 3 ply w/b/w pearloid pickguard.

Neck: The neck feels amazing! It is a one piece maple neck with 25.5 inch scale, a 9.5 inch radius maple fingerboard with 22 medium jumbo frets. The neck is bolt-on and features a neck tilt screw.

Pickups/Hardware: This is such a versatile instrument, it comes stock with the famous Seymour Duncan “Pearly Gates plus” Humbucker in the bridge position and Fender “Texas Special” in the neck and middle position. The tuners are Fender closed backs, steel saddles, perfectly functioning vibrato unit and bar, 1 volume, 2 tones, 5 way switch and 2 string trees.

Cosmetics: The finish on this Strat in in immaculate shape. There are no major dents, dings, cracks or scratches no mention. Only a few very light scratches on the back of the body, small crack in the humbucker cover, minor fretwear and one ding in the fretboard.

Playability: This Strat really is a special instrument. It plays like none other and sounds incredible. The neck is straight, the action is low and it has a special resonance when you play it that really vibrates throughout the whole body. The vibrato unit and bar work flawlessly
smooth and stays in tune with no issue.

Modifications: Strat buttons look like replacements.
