Fender Mexico electric guitars are manufactured in Baja Ensenada, California, using the latest technology. This model is a successor to the Hot Rodded American series, a series of typical modifications that were originally released by Fender USA and often seen on the market, but made at Fender's factory. It is equipped with Seymour Duncan's Pearly Gates in the rear position, and the 5-way switch provides a wide range of tone character, from the classic single-coil Strat sound to an intense, fat humbucking sound. Medium jumbo frets for playability and other features make this a Stratocaster that can be used in a wide range of situations.
